GREENSBORO — Mildred went home to be with the Lord Saturday September 4, 2010.
The family will receive family and friends 6 until 7 p.m. Thursday September 9, 2010 at World Vision International Christian Center 1414 Cliffwood Drive, Greensboro, 27406. There will be a memorial service at 7 p.m. following the visitation.
Mildred was born in Charlottesville Virginia 1932. She relocated to Greensboro where she attended and Graduated from Greensboro High School She was employed by Burlington Industries and retired form Kelly Services where she was a Medical Technician doing Home Health Care. Mildred was a resident of Woodland Place in Greensboro. Prior to Woodland she lived at Aldersgate Apartments where she treasured her home. Mildred was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved her flowers and her cat Smoky; reading was a favorite past time. She was most proud her her daughter and granddaughters and there accomplishments. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be missed.
Mildred was proceeded in death by her son, Greg Fowler and Husband Robert M. Trott of 44 years. She leaves behind her daughter Janet T. Holland, son-in-law David W Holland, Granddaughters, Brooke and Kate Holland of Pleasant Garden. Here on earth my mother struggled with illnesses, I have comfort knowing she is healed of all of them now and is rejoicing with Jesus, her husband Bob and her son Greg. All donations should be directed to Woodland Assisted Living in Greensboro.
