Kelly,

Hope all is well with you and yours. I am sad to report that our classmate, Mike Ennis passed away this afternoon March 13, 2020 at the age of 59 after a valiant nearly two year battle with cholangiocarcinoma but remained a great witness to the faithfulness of His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He passed many milestones in this battle, including selling his Optometry practice in Fayetteville, walking his daughter down the aisle at her wedding, proudly watching his son in Internal Medicine Residency, holding his granddaughter, and being a loving husband to his wife Jeanne. Jesus Christ welcomed him to Glory and said, "Well done thou good and faithful servant."

So sorry to hear about Mike's passing. Really good guy, with he and Bill Leanard, one of his closest friends, tennis buddies of mine. Always kidded him I was addicted to Boar & Castle sauce from his family's restaurant on Market St. I know Jeannie who was a friend from UNCG where my step mother gave her voice lessons. Deepest Sympathies to Jeannie and the family.
