GRAHAM - Anthony Lee "Tony" Steele, 55, passed away Monday, Dec. 7, 2015, in the field doing what he loved , deer hunting.Tony was born in Rapid City, S.D. He was a Network Administrator and he served his country proudly with the U.S. Army.Tony is survived by his wife, Lynne Reiber Steele, of the home and their fur children, Zeus, Reagan, and Dixie. He is also survived by his sister, Cindy Steele Hammond of Franklinville; and a brother, Curtis Jay Steele of North Carolina. Tony had three close nephews, Ryan Hammond, Cole Hammond and Jay Steele.Tony was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis Junior Steele and Eveline Canada Steele.On Saturday, Dec. 12, 2015, at 11 a.m. Tony will receive full military honors at Low's Lutheran Church. Following the military honors, the family will be in Low's Lutheran Church fellowship hall where family and friends will celebrate Tony's life until 1 p.m.In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Pleasant Grove Fire Department, 3847 NC 49 North, Burlington, NC 27217.
