Patricia Gunter Whitman CORNELIUS - Patricia Gunter Whitman, 53, of Cornelius passed away on April 5, 2013. She was born on January 22, 1960. She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Doris Gunter. Survivors include her children Amber Simerly-Magliocca, Seth, Christian, and Josh Whitman; step-mother, Gayle Gunter; sisters, Lynn Gunter and Renee G. Whitley; aunt, Kay M. Hamilton; and one grandson. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 Saturday, April 13 in the chapel of James Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Felts officiating. Visitation will follow.
