Michele Denise Petteway went home to be with the Lord on Sunday June 26, 2011. Visitation will be held at 12:30 p.m. with funeral services following at 1 p.m. on Friday July 1 at Mount Zion Baptist Church located at 1301 Alamance Church Road in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Michele was born on July 24, 1971 in Greensboro, North Carolina. She was a 1989 graduate of Page High School. She received her undergraduate degree in Architectural Engineering from North Carolina A & T University and her Master's degree from NC State University.

She leaves to cherish her memories her parents Michael and Melva Petteway of Thomasville, NC, two brothers Michael Devonn Petteway and wife Carrie of Clayton, NC and Marc Darin Petteway of Thomasville, NC. One special niece, Kaylen Petteway of Clayton, NC and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
