PAUL JUSTICE MORGAN MOUNT AIRY Mr. Paul Justice Morgan, Jr., 65, of 1603 South Main Street, Mount Airy, passed away Saturday morning, October 26, 2013, at his home. Mr. Morgan was born February 15, 1948, in Guilford County, the son of the late Paul Justice Morgan, Sr. and Kathleen Kirkman Morgan. He worked for Morgan and Son Poultry Company and later as a poultry seller and distributor for many years. Until his retirement in 2009, he owned and operated Goin' Postal in Mount Airy. Mr. Morgan, affectionately known as "P.J.," was a dedicated Christian to the Quaker tradition. A champion of those less fortunate, P.J. had a genuine love, care, and concern for others. He is survived by his wife, April Boyles Morgan of the home; five daughters, Lisa Morgan and Cindy (Ronn) Staley, all of Greensboro, Sophia (Darris Ward) Morgan of Louisville, TN, and Sasha (Justin McCraw) Sprinkle and Whitney Sprinkle, all of Mount Airy; four grandchildren, Bailee Handscome of Louisville, TN, Bryce Staley and Olivia Staley, both of Greensboro, and Westyn McCraw of Mount Airy; a sister, Kathy Thompson of Murphy; a brother, George Victor (Lisa) of Baton Rouge, LA; several nieces and nephews; several aunts and an uncle; and his father-in-law, the Rev. Wesley Boyles, Sr. of Mount Airy. In addition to his parents, Mr. Morgan was preceded in death by an infant sister, Sylvia Morgan; and his mother-in-law, Ruby Ridge Boyles. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 29, 2013, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mount Airy, with the Rev. Wesley Boyles, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
