
He and Penny Low Crowson had been married for 46 years and had two sons, Mike and Kenneth and three grandchildren. In addition to them he left two sisters. Ronnie had worked for Ford Motor Credit as a field representative for 32 years. His retirement was spent enjoying his grandchildren, fishing and cooking.
They had recently found out that he had a birth defect for which doctors wanted to do surgery. As you can imagine Ronnie said "no". Recovery was going to be long etc. He had a heart attack a few days before the Memorial Day 2010. Burial was in Corinth National Cemetery with Military Honors.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. James Catholic Church with Father Tom Lalor and Father Henry Shelton officiating. Burial with military honors will be in Corinth National Cemetery. W.E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Penny Crowson; two sons, Mike Crowson (Jenny) of Oxford and Kenneth Crowson of Tupelo; two sisters, Jane Reeves (Martin) of Ocean Springs and Betty Hasbrouck (Larry) of Ocean Springs; and three grandchildren, Kirsten Crowson of Tupelo, Caden Crowson of Oxford and Calen Raye Crowson of Oxford.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and infant son, Joseph Martin Crowson.
