Linda was a very sweet person. I worked with her at Sears on Washington avenue for several years. What a pleasant, wonderful girl. All who knew her will miss her.
I was one of her nurses at DRMC after her surgery. She had complications from dwarfism and then complications from the surgery. She ended up on a respirator. I wouldn't recommend that on a long term. We had many conversations while she was in the unit. I will remember her fondly and recall her will and her strength. I miss her very much. dkuhn
When Linda and I were in first grade, we lived down the street from each other. Her mother would call mine and ask if I could come and play w/Linda in her wading pool. Off I went w/nickel that Mama gave me to buy a pack of Kool-Aid on my way back home. Sometimes we squabbled--NO BIG SURPRISE, eh? Anyway, using a stick,I tried to punch a hole in the pool. Needless to say, I was sent home, and my mama waited, but not for the pack of Kool-Aid!!
