I saw Susan in the hospital probably a few weeks before she died. She was still trying to take care of her father while fighting her own cancer war. I told her that several of us were getting together every year during the State-Ole Miss tennis tournament. She was very excited and made me promise to get in touch with her for our next get-together. It was avery hard time for me as I knew she would not be with us much longer. But I hugged her, told her I loved her and would be sure and keep in touch. She will be missed!!! Sarah
Susan was a very nice person. We were in the same Sunday School class when we were young. Her mother was in the same nursing home as my mother and just last year she came by and visited with my mother. I had know idea she was so sick.
