Donald Stewart Greenville, MS. Grave side services for Donald Stewart, 70 years old of Greenville, MS will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday Jan. 12, 2014 at Greenlawn Cemetery. He died Friday Jan. 10, 2014 at Baptist Hospital in Southaven, MS. Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Smith Funeral Home. Mr. Stewart was born Nov. 24, 1943 in Venton, LA to Hubert & Arby Stewart. He has been a life long resident of Greenville where he grew up and attended school and graduated Greenville High School. After graduating high school he went on to attend college at Moorhead. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert & Arby Stewart, his son, Donald “Sonny” Stewart and his brother, Gene Stewart.. He was a member of First Baptist Church. He was a long time employee of Mississippi Marine. He is survived by his wife Carolyn Stewart of Greenville, MS., his daughter, Susie Howard & her husband Ronny of Nesbit, MS., his son, Scott Stewart & his wife Julie of Greenwood, MS., his sister, Linda Clark & her husband Sonny of Chesapeake, VA., 6 grandchildren, Hayden Stewart, Hunter Stewart, Harland Stewart, Drew Stewart, Chase Howard & Coley Howard. Dr. James Nichols will officiate the services.
