Can we put together the School Colors and Mascot for the elementary schools?

And for the bonus round: The colors and mascot at Junior High School.

And for the trifecta:  The words to the Junion High school song!

Travis School colors were red and white.  I do not believe we had a mascot.  However, some of the football players may know.  Now this may be the High School Song.  But this is what I remember.  "Oh JHS, Oh JHS, We'll sing your praise tonight.  In halls of fame, we"ll write your name. Oh JHS.(Sounds good anyway).  It could have been Oh GHS.  Give me an A for effort.

Houston school colors were blue and gold.  I can't recall a mascot either.

At JrHi, I am sure you are right:   the song was "Oh JHS."   

I thought there was a line, "Oh JHS, Oh JHS, of schools you are the best."

I think you are right about that line.  Maybe between all of us we can get it together.

I'm thinking the mascot of JH was The Cubs since GHS was The Lions.  Not sure why I think that, but that is what comes to mind.

I thinking that Lamar's colors were red and white but really don't remember. I seem to remember Mr. Trotter wearing a red and white letter jacket at time.   Maybe Elaine, Judy, Gail, Jeanne or Joanne or Guy will weigh in.
