Born in dixon, east of greenville, in the greenville school system all of my life. Finished HS at longbeach state california, High point at greenville highschool 1958 winning the district high jumping. After spending 4 years in the U.S. Marines, in california/Hawaii/thailand/Cambodia/Vietnam...i returned to Texas and checked into East Texas State, and someone hollered at me. It was Linda yandel, i'll never forget that, she helped me get my papers in order for school. she was probably a junior at that time.

i've had 2 business failures, the 3rd and 4th were successful and one is still a success as of this day.

Life is complicated and short, and we must live it to the best of our ability each day, until we have no days left to live.

About date of birth:
Anyone born after september 1st couldn't start school until the next year, no riddlin was available at that time, so ms.harris in the 3rd grade asked 6 of us to see her the next year...said we'd be smarter people later on.

up until 2004 when Paul Ray Passmore passed, i would talk to him 2 or 3 weeks at a time, Paul was born aug. 9th 1942 and passed in 2004.

I've done everything at least twice*maybe even three time* if i die tomorrow i'd be smiling.
Only made it to one of the superbowls in Florida, starring Rodger Starback, and Terry bradshaw.
