Chuck,was married to Annette Lawhon and they had two children when he was killed on his way home from work. He born Jan.24,1952 and died Dec.21,1979. What a good guy!
Gerry and I will attend a family funeral this weekend in G-ville so as always my thoughts return to our classmates. Because of the occasion I am reading "In Memory". The last time we saw Chuck was when we stopped by to visit Annette and him on our way to Minnesota. So very glad we did. Soon afterwards we heard that he left us. A true example of the good dying young. I always considered it a waste of a good man and I'm sure anyone who knew him would agree.
