Bobby was fatally shot on June 5,1980 while responding to a disturbance call. He worked for Terrell Police Dept. and was 28 years old. He left two little girls.
Bobby had mailed in his questionaire and money to attend the 10 year class reunion the week before. I remember I was going down Park Street when I heard the terrible new on the radio. His funeral was during our class reunion and there were several of our guys that attended.
Bobby is buried in Dallas at Restland on Greenville Ave.
