Vic Brown VIEW PROFILE

Victor Clifton Brown, 54, of Rowlett died Oct. 24, 2015, at a Rowlett hospital. His funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Greenville with Rev. Otis Winkley officiating. Burial will be at the DFW National Cemetery in Dallas.

He was born July 26, 1961, in Greenville to Oliver Clifton Brown and Peggy L. Linson. Mr. Brown served in the U.S. Army. He was a laborer. He was a member of St. Mark Baptist Church in Garland and the American Legion.

Survivors are his father, Oliver C. Brown of Campbell; his mother, Peggy Linson of Rowlett; a brother, Clifford L. Brown (Eleanor) of Greenville; a sister, Olivia Brown of Dallas; grandmothers Lucy Williams and Mable Brown, both of Greenville; and two grandfathers.

Another of my brothers from another mother gone too soon. I will always remember the fun and good times we shared. Respect to his family.
