Lucy was my best friend in school. We kept in touch on and off after school. I was shocked to read about her passing. I would of never known about it if I didn't get on this website. At the time, I was in a car accident and was layed up so I didn't get to read the newspaper and nobody contacted me. The last time I saw Lucy was at the Hunt County Fair with her family. We had so many good memories that I will always keep close to my heart. Almost everyday at lunch, we would walk to Woody's for coke and chips and come back and hang with friends til it was time for class. We were always together on weekend with friends. Of course, Wesley Street was the main thing to do on weekends. Up and down, up and down, so much fun. When my son passed away, she was right there for me. I don't know what happened to her, but I know I would have been there by her side. I love and miss you Lucy. RIP best friend.
