GRAND SALINE — Funeral services for Mrs. Marsha Ruth Tidwell and Mr. Donald Dean Tidwell, both 47, of Grand Saline are scheduled at 2 p.m. today at Bartley Funeral Home in Grand Saline with Bro. Homer Morgan officiating.  Interment follows in Creagleville Cemetery.  Mr. and Mrs. Tidwell died Oct. 26, 2008, in Denton.  Marsha Ruth Fikes Tidwell was born Dec. 18, 1960, in Cameron to Shelba Wright and Brooks Fikes.  Donald Dean Tidwell was born Nov. 25, 1960, in Dallas to Viola Busby and Darley Don Tidwell Sr.  The couple had lived in Grand Saline for the past 10 years. They attended Roundflat Pentecostal Church. Dean served in the U.S. Navy and was a mechanic.  Marsha worked in home heath care.  Survivors include Marsha’s parents of Greenville;  Donald Dean’s parents of Grand Prairie; a son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Nicole Fikes of Austin; daughter and son-in-law Cherie and Ian Pryseski of Denton; Marsha’s siblings, brothers, Bryan Fikes of Dallas and Brooks Fikes of Greenville and sister Sherri Fikes of Greenville; and Donald Dean’s siblings, brothers Darley Don Tidwell Jr. of Athens and Charlie David Tidwell of Grand Prairie and sister Connie Darlene Sampson of Arlington.
