Deanna was a dear friend that I had known since elementary school at Travis. I remember her little chihuaha Buffy. We had alot of good times together, like cruising Wesley St. with the radio turned up or maybe it was the 8 track tape player. It is still hard to believe that she is gone. I think of her often, especially when I hear old songs from the 70's. It will be sad for her not to be at the reunion. Deanna will be remembered always. She is truly missed.

I was shocked/stunned when I heard of Deanna's passing. I found out the sad news from her mother on a day I was in Greenville and decided to look Deanna up to catch up on what was going on in our life's after high school. It was something I had been wanting to do for a few months and when I got the courage up to knock on the door at her parents house, I learned the news and it was a hard blow and shock to my system. I stood there talking to her mother for a few minutes on how she passed and wishing I had contacted her several years earlier. I think about her still and have very fond memories of all the first's we had together as friends and when we dated. "Rest in Peace" and thank you for being apart of my life...I'll always remember you!

Dee was my cousin and like a sister to me. I have so many great memories of great times we had together. She was so fun loving and made me laugh and enjoy days that were not so good. I could always count on her during the tough times and miss that terribly. She has three beautiful daughters that she would be so proud of. She passed that fun loving spirit on to them and I love seeing her in them. She is missed and not forgotten!!

Deanna and i would sit on the tailgate of her daddys truck and talk till my dad made me come inside. Of coarse we lived across the street from each other and before we were cruising wesley street. You are missed everyday. Always ur friend...Audie Vick!
