Mark Waddell Winburn, 27, of Vandiventer Dr., went to be with the Lord August 21, 2009 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
A native of Greenville County, he was an employee of Bishop Mays Inc. and a member of First Presbyterian Church of Greenville, attended Lander University and was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity.
Surviving are his parents, John Dewey Winburn, III and Susan Wagner Winburn of Greer; one brother, David W. and wife Katie M. Winburn of Greenville; step paternal grandmother, Veta Winburn of West Columbia; aunts and uncles, Cathy Wagner of Atlanta, Ga., Mitsy W. and Dennis Ballentine of Taylors, and Pastor Bob Clarke of Atlanta, Ga.; great-aunts, Virginia Waddell Cobbs of Blackstone, Va. and Dot Waddell Leach of Decatur, Ala. and a nephew, Mac Winburn.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church of Greenville conducted by Pastor Pam Cole, Pastor George Moore and Pastor Bob Clarke. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery
The family is at the home of his parents.
