It was so great reconnecting with Kevin in Ann Arbor. We'd meet for lunch and chat about our families, marriages, work, his cancer treatments for melanoma, the old days at GPN and more. In high school, Kevin and I established a cool bond when we learned that his grandfather's brother was married to my grandmother's sister. What a hoot for us! We also both transferred from Catholic high schools to GPN our sophomore years. As a senior, Kevin was on the state championship CC team and remained a lifelong avid runner. He was a Staff Sergeant in the Marine Corps and later worked for more than 30 years at Hewlett Packard. Kevin loved music, played with other musicans, and often composed his own tunes. And he was quite the artist to boot. Although he only was able to stay on the planet just shy of 60 years, Kevin sure did acoomplish a lot during his lifetime!! He is survived by his wife, Julie, two daughters, Jillian and Catilin, & two grandchildren. I will miss my Irish buddy, Kev. Semper Fi old pal.
