Boca Ciega High School
Class of 1962

Welcome to the Boca Ciega High Class of 1962 website. We want to stay in touch with one another, and this site also makes it easier to plan future reunions and other special get togethers. Please log in periodically to make address, phone number, and email address corrections and to post photos of yourself and loved ones (grandchildren?), where you've been, and what you've been doing. It's a great way to make us feel close, despite distances that may still separate us.

Guests members who have special ties to 1962 BCHS graduates may contact Carol Hill Gruszka at or Cam Kilgroe at to receive a link to join the site. [Please note: This site is maintained by unpaid volunteers. If we don't respond immediately, we may be traveling, but we'll be home soon.]

Bogie's baseball/softball complex, named for and dedicated to Coach Gerry Ramsberger, has now been completed with a monument, purchased by the Class of '60, and entrance signage, purchased by the Class of '59.

The Class of '62 now has an opportunity to contribute toward a monument honoring Coach Dan Wickline, the Pirates' most successful football coach for 20+ years, to be erected in the stadium along with monuments for Charles Beauchamp, for whom the stadium is named, and Gene Rutledge, who built the track bearing his name. The stadium itself was completed years ago but has never been dedicated.

Please consider making a contribution of any amount to go toward completing the purchase of Coach Wickline's monument. Donors contributing $500 or more will be accorded name recognition at the site, but all contributions are greatly needed and fully tax deductible on itemized federal tax returns. Make your check payable to Pirate Athletic Hall of Fame, Inc. (a 501c3 non-profit organization), add "BCHS Stadium Project (Class of '62)" on the memo line, and mail to Allan Ross, Treasurer, 6935 Burlington Ave N, St Petersburg, FL 33710.

Jenni (Leinbach) Adams-Sinaikin, one of the PAHOF directors, will be glad to answer any questions.
