Graduated University of Florida in 1966 with an Engineering & Construction Degree. Moved to Athens, TN which has been home since 1966. After 30+ years with Bowater Inc., I retired as Plant Engineer and Capital Budget Administrator of their Southern Operations. Since early retirement I have helped regional cities, local banks and home owners on engineering, construction, and building code issues. Volunteer work for Habitat and local folks with DIY home improvement projects. Now I'm fully retired, traveling and just enjoying life in East TN.
