Kennesha Poe Buycks

Graduated from college in 2001 and married Larry Buycks, Jr (a midwestern "boy" and an Air Force Officer) TWO DAYS AFTER!!! Packed up our bags and moved to San Antonio, TX...lived there for three years, then to Tampa, FL, then to Seattle, WA and then to where we reside currently-Honolulu,HI. In the middle of all of our travels and moves, I managed to give birth to three amazingly beautiful children who are truly a blessing as well as my wonderful husband. My family is my primary focus and comes before anything in my life. It's a great calling!

Living on Oahu is great but we are so far away from family and home so I look forward to our time ending here and moving back to the Mainland.

While in FL, I started a children's clothing business called Pollywog Togs that has now, somehow, blossomed into a furniture business which I have affectionately named Me & My House. I am able to combine the boutique-style children's clothing and accessories with my chic finds and it has taken off quite nicely. The truth is, even if there were no money in it for me,I would still do it. Creativity is in my blood and refinishing furniture, crafting, working with my hands is something I MUST let out!
