Welcome to the Morton High School Class Of 1962 Announcements Page.

You do not have to respond to any post (unless requested). This will simply be a place to announce anything you'd like to share....new grandbaby, son getting married, your 50th Wedding Anniversary.  Feel free to announce you're going to be in a specific area, and would like to meet classmates for lunch/dinner/drinks/whatever.

And if you're still shy, just e-mail your information to me at  bstrefling@comcast.net    I'll be happy to post it for you.

Jordan R Brant II

Hi! This is Jerry Brant and I have a question. Eddie Camp was a friend of mine and I just noticed that he evidently did not graduate with us. Its hard to believe I missed this but he has only one picture in our 1962 Year Book and it isnt his graduating senior picture. I had a lot of fun with Ed as did my cousin Denny Brant and Tom Oberle among others. I know he didnt move as I saw him at his parents home after we graduated. Also, I saw him at one of our reunions. I dont know which one, but it was at the FOP and we played a game, volley ball I think, he was living in Florida then. Anyway...cant believe I didnt notice this before now.....as Homer would say....DOH!

This may not be the right place for this but I wish to advise my friends and acquaintances of the passing of my cousin Dennis A Brant a member of the class of 61 I know that most of you know him as an important member of the football team and some as a wrestler who took 2nd in the state in his weight class. There is an obituary for him in the Van Gilder Funeral Home site Plymouth Indiana. He is missed!

Just received word from Sheila and Terry Collins that the Florida picnic has been cancelled.    Not enough responses.  Maybe another time another year.        Any other gatherings that folks come up with just post on this message forum...that's why we have our website.

Hope everyone is either enjoying or surviving the winter.

Linda
