Vicki J. Winkler Fewell, age 48, of Harborcreek Twp., passed away Friday, December 23, 2011 at UPMC Hamot. She was born in Erie on January 10, 1963, the daughter of Donna Foster Winkler of Harborcreek Twp. and the late Glenn Winkler, Sr. She had lived in Harborcreek all of her life. Vicki was a graduate of Harbor Creek High School, Class of 1981. She was a member of St. Mary's Club, and enjoyed fishing, being with her family, watching the Green Bay Packers, and NASCAR racing. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 28 years, James Larry Fewell; three daughters, Jennifer Devine (Jerry) of Erie, Traci Fewell and Tiffany Fewell, both of Harborcreek Twp.; two brothers, Martin Winkler and Rusty Winkler (Rebecca) all of Clymer, N.Y.; three grandchildren, Alexis, Logan and Selina; her sister-in-law, Charlotte Winkler of Wattsburg; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her son, Matthew Fewell; a sister, Roxanne Winkler; and a brother, Glenn Winkler, Jr. No calling hours will be observed. Friends and family are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. at American Legion Carl Neff Post #571, 1917 Eastern Ave., Wesleyville.
