Mr. Jack Anthony Powell
JUNE 12, 1959 ~ FEBRUARY 15, 2018 (AGE 58)
Thomson- Mr. Jack Anthony Powell, 58, entered into rest Thursday, February 15, 2018 at his residence. He was the son of the late Mr. Alvin Marion Powell and Mrs. Hettie Rose Borden Powell.
Mr. Powell was a native of Augusta, Georgia, but has lived in Thomson for some time. He was a Baptist by faith.
Mr. Powell is survived by a son, Joshua Powell; daughter, Jessica Trammell; brothers, Ross Powell, Jerry Powell and Lee Powell (Joanne); two sisters, Martha Martin and Jean Markins (Otto).
Friends may call at the Curtis Funeral Home. There will be no service or visitation.
Curtis Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

I will mis my friend, Jack was one of a kind in so many ways. Those of you who new of the Sweat Hogs OF CVAE Cordinated Vocational Acdemic Education or VOCA Vocational Opertinites Club of America, Jack was part of them and I am proud to call him a freind. Wayne, Kit, Gary, Denise, Wanda, Alec, Tommy, and we should never forget Mr. Gene Sullivan he tried to keep use all out of trouble. Rest in Peace my friend God Bless. you are missed always, that smiling face you had.
