Harlem, GA – Harold Eugene Whitaker, 54, beloved husband of Heidi DeLoach Whitaker, entered into rest on Friday, September 12, 2014 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening, September 23, 2014, from 6-8PM at Starling-Evans Funeral Home, Harlem, GA.
Mr. Whitaker, a native and lifelong resident of the Augusta area, was the son of the late Harold and Lillie Mae Whitaker. He had been an auto mechanic at Gerald Jones Honda and Acura of Augusta. He was a... family man who loved his grandbabies and his nine dogs. He was of the Episcopalian faith.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Steward Josef Whitaker, Harold Moreland Whitaker and William Ryan Whitaker; his mother-in-law, Rosemarie Sedberry; and his beloved grandchildren, David Allen Norris and Nikoli Harrison Whitaker.
