GROVETOWN - Mr. Robert Wayne Richey, 27, of 765 Baker Road, died Wednesday, January 17, 1996, at the Medical College of Georgia Hospital in Augusta.  A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Starling Funeral Home, Harlem, with the Rev. Rick Wilson officiating.  Mr. Richey, a native of Richmond County, was a student and a Baptist.  Survivors include his parents, Donald and Mary Richey, Grovetown, two brothers, James W. Richey, Grovetown, and Gregory Richey, Charleston, S.C., and a sister, Andrea Richey, Grovetown.
