Hey everyone!!! Finally back in the state of Michigan after living around the East coast as well as Northeast! I have been married to a wonderful foot and ankle surgeon for 6 years and have a great dog!! No children for us yet as we have been finishing up school and enjoying time together! We ride motorcycles ( I don't even have to ride in the back- got my own) and travel quite a bit. Just was in Costa Rica as well as Dominican. Great times!!
I am currently a agency RN in the OR as well as a first assistant. This time next year I will be taking my certification exam to be a Family Nurse Practitioner. The great University of Detroit Mercy prepared me as well as gave me that Master's degree. I do mission work when I can to give back to those that really need it, and from that have some great friends from around the US.
The other degree that I have under my belt is in Education... that one came compliments of UDM also. I was working with the 7&8 grade children in Science and English but knew that I wanted to have medicine as well.
My husband and I lived in Pennsylvania (this is where he is from ) as well as in Maine. Never was one for seafood and even living there still never got use to it.
I am still involved with athletics..I just completed a 5K and am in the gym quite often. I take boxing lessons and the next feat I am up against is going to be a half marathon. I have had great people who influenced me to do this.
