I graduated from CCSU and worked in corporate as a project manager & operations manager. I lived in St. Louis, Mo for a couple of years. Over the years I've occupied my time with triathalons (fitness has always been my passion). I married an incredible woman named Lisa and we have two beautiful daughters. We reside in Glastonbury. At the age of 42 I became a firefighter for the city of New Britain (cool career change). I also own a sports conditioning company called Top of the Game. I'm a part-time fitness instructor with the Connecticut Police Academy and Connecticut Soccer School. Life has been great!
