April Everett

April Everett (Edwards) Perry, 48, of Sherwood Circle, Manchester passed away Tuesday, (April 27, 1999) at home. She was born in Hartford, and has been a resident of Connecticut all of her life. April was a graduate of Linfield College of McMinnville, OR and was a child support investigator for the State of Connecticut for 25 years. She is survived by her husband, Calvin Perry; two daughters, Kelley and Kristin Edwards; four sisters, Stephanie Everett, Renee Arango, Norma Robinson, and Robin Everett; a brother, Ferdinand Everett; four nieces, Hope Nolan, Dayle Everett, Melissa McGriff, and Melanie Everett; a nephew, London Arango; great nieces, nephews; and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Monday, May 3, 1999, at 11 a.m. with calling hour 10 a.m. at Metropolitan AME Zion Church, 2051 Main Street, Hartford. Burial will be in Mount St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield. The Henry L. Fuqua Funeral Service, 94 Granby St. Bloomfield, has charge of arrangements.
