Darren Chambers-Edwards "Purple Rain"

CHAMBERS-EDWARDS, Darren "Purple Rain", 37, formerly of Hartford, departed this life Friday, (March 25, 2005) in Montville, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Darren was born September 6, 1967, in Baltimore, MD and came to Hartford at the age of six where he was loved and care for by his devoted grandmother, Ann Edwards of Hartford.

Darren and I were in 5th grade together in Mr. Massa/Ms. Carter's class at Martin Luther King and I remember he would always do right by his grandmother who raised him. You are truly missed Darren!
