Gabrenas, Kenneth A., age 57 of Beecher, Illinois passed away on December 29, 2010. Preceded in death by his beloved father Albert Gabrenas. Survived by his loving mother Anne (nee Sanor). Beloved sisters Diane Hibbs and Joanne Franklin. Fond cousins to Larry and Laura Schultz. Dear nephew to aunt Stella Schultz. Kenneth was a manager at a local Ace Hardware. Did you all know that Ken was an artist? I had Ken in Homeroom at Thornton cuz our last names both began with G. He was aware that I liked Corvette Stingrays and one day he shows up with a sketch of one for me. It was very well done and I think I still have it. Years later, his sister told me that art was a particular gift of his. RIP Kenn and thank you for the sketch!
