Barretts of Wimpole St.

Our Senior Play was The Barretts of Wimpole Street -- the love story of Elizabeth Barrett and Robert Browning. It was performed on November 19 & 20, 1965. Lolya's dog played "Flush". Laurie was inexplicably cast as the delicate and somewhat sickly Elizabeth -- prompting Miss Fasano to say in one rehearsal: "Laurie, could you please try not to walk so much like a cheerleader!?"
