Mishelle K. Ulrich Van Etten passed away on August 28, 2011. She was born August 22, 1960 in Havana. She has two surviving sons, Edward Van Etten and David Van Etten, two granddaughters, her mother Ada Ulrich, sisters Lanette (Richard) Crum, Lisa (Roger) Thompson, and Susie (Gary) Begbie and several neices and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her father, Sebastian Ulrich.

I feel bad for missing Mishelle's funeral. If it wasn't for living so far away, & having to work, I would have been there. Glee attended & said it was a lovely ceremony. I loved Mishelle's final wish, which was for everyone to do the chicken dance at the end of the funeral. She didn't want anyone to be sad; and obviously had a wonderful sense of humor.
