Wendy was my first girlfriend in high school and that is always a time I will never forget. We stayed touch after high school was over. Then I left town with my itchy feet, moving around the countryside, and lost touch with her. Well, remember that I mentioned that I would never forget those times that we had together! I remembered Wendy's phone number (mom's house) and..... mom, Betty, answered the phone. All those years that went by and the number was still the same, but life had changed. Iwas two years too late. Wendy had passed at 43, WOW, that got my brain (and emotions) running! That's how I got to "Classmates.com"; that's how I was able to re-connect with the people that I cared for. Wendy, I will always miss you and wished I was there at the time you might haved needed me most. You're always in memories!
