Debora K. Leichenauer, 67 of Moscow Mills, MO passed away on April 11, 2024 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Debora was born December 3, 1956 in Highland, IL Betty Sue Peters Crook and Jack Edward Crook. Betty passed away when Debora was a young child, and Jack remarried to Alma Wilson Crook who then raised and loved Debora as her own.
Debora married the love of her life Dale Robert Leichenauer on February 1, 1975 in Florissant, MO. To this union were born 2 children, Dan and Deana. Debora loved shopping, cooking, spending summers in Florida, traveling, beaches, she loved the sun and sand where ever she could find it. Debora loved her family, but her 3 grandsons where her world.
Debora is survived by her beloved husband of 49 years Dale Leichenauer of the home; son, Dan (Colleen) Leichenauer of Wentzville, MO; Deana Leichenauer of St. Charles, MO; three grandsons, Jack Leichenauer, Charles Leichenauer, and Leonidas Ulreich; mother, Alma Crook nee Wilson of Florissant, MO; brother, Terry Crook of Troy, IL; several nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Preceded in death by her mother, Betty Sue Crook nee Peters and father, Jack Edward Crook.
Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 4, 2024, 12:00Noon at North County Community Church, 7410 Howdershell Rd. Hazelwood, MO 63042.
