According to Allan's sister, there was no obituary for Allen.  The Social Security Death Index shows that Allen was born in Montana on February 19, 1947 and passed away on June 9, 2004 in Albuequerque, New Mexico. 

New information was received from Allan's daughter, Deborah (Lightfoot) Bixby on October 9, 2015.  She stated that her father had served in the Navy from August 1965 through August 1987.  He was a retired Master Chief.  He is survived by his wife, Patricia; his daughters, Deborah and Michelle; five grandsons; and one granddaughter.  He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Caitlin.
