Raymond E. Netzer, 51, died at his home Monday, March 1.

Ray was born in Helena on May 31, 1947, and after graduating from Helena High School in 1965 he moved to Missoula where he spent most of his life. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, loving the outdoors, and was loved by everyone from the small children on his school bus to the senior citizens on Mountain Line.

He is survived by his fiancée, Julie Evans; parents, Emanuel of Helena and Gayle of Missoula; daughters, Rhonda Snyder, Kerri Bissel and Tanya Netzer. Ray has one sister, Phyllis Abernathy; three brothers, Dave, M. Rich and Stan as well as five nieces and three nephews.
