John Morton Stipcich

Unfortunately, there was no obituary for John. This is the information I have been able to gather about John. He was born in Helena on July 11, 1947, to parents Victor John and Donna Amy (Elliott) Stipcich. John was married to Christine Louise Obhof on December 26, 1970 in Milwaukee, WI. At the time of his marriage, he was an Electronics Technician 2C and was stationed aboard the U.S.S. Hunley in Charleston, SC. Christine died in 1983 in Virginia Beach, VA and is buried in St. Ann’s Cemetery in East Helena. At the time of her death John was still serving in the U. S. Navy. Also at that time, they had a son, Brian. John had a sister, Marylee (Stipcich) Norris die in 2003 and in her obituary, it states that her brother, John (Kaye) Stipcich, was living in Jacksonville, FL. At the time of his mother's death in 2015 and his father's death in 2016, John and Kaye were living in Alabama. Also stated in those obituaries, John had a sister, Lisa (Rod) Thompson and a brother, Darrell (Cindy) Stipcich and both were living in Helena. There is a memorial for John on the Find A Grave site showing that he is buried in Fort Mitchell Cemetery, Fort Mitchell, Alabama.
