William Howard Lowry was born on November 27, 1947 in Canton, Stark, Ohio to Lyman C and Blanch Seefong Lowry. His father died in Hemet in 1975 and his grandfather in 1966. His mother also died in Hemet in 1998. Bill was a Vietnam Veteran but passed away from cancer on July 26, 1986. He is survived by a sister Sharon and brother Carl. He is loved and missed. ~Janie
