I remember talking with John at the reunion in 2000 and he was such a great person. I was very sorry to hear of his accident 3 years later. John was always a class leader and a lot of fun over the years.

The thing I remember most about John was his amazing ability to memorize and recite long monologues. Sometimes we would moan and groan and give him a hard time, but that would not deter him!
I remember also the many hours of service he put in with his service club (I think it may have been Kiwanis) especially one year when he was involved with the pit bar-b-que for their Ramona Pageant affair.
I really got to know John when he and I worked together for the 20th Class Reunion. John was a great friend and you could count on him to do what he said he would do.
I was so shocked at his early passing and felt the world had lost a very loving person!!
Blessings to you John!
