Ross W Heffley was born on October 9, 1950, in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, his father, Robert, was 33 and his mother, Rebecca Hope (Hoffman) Heffley was 27. Ross had 3 brothers, Robert (B. 6  May 1946) Scott (B. 3 Feb 1949) and Timothy (B. Jul 1953) All were born in PA.

The family moved to California and that’s where Ross and his brothers attended school. Ross  played Football and in the Band, also was a member of the Varsity Club. Ross graduated from HUHS in 1968. Ross lived most of his life in Hemet and Winchester. He also lived in Baxter, TN for a short time (I think).
