Fredrick Sprague Fredrick Raymond Sprague, 55, of La Quinta died Sept. 14, 2005, in La Quinta. He was born Sept. 8, 1950, to Cecil and Delores Sprague in Hemet. He married Barbara J. Hoffman on Aug. 10, 1991, in Lake Tahoe, Nev. He was employed by Southern California Edison for 22 years and served in the Army from 1970 to 1972. He is survived by his wife, Barbara "Barbi" Sprague of La Quinta; his sister, Karen Sprague-Miller of Gold Hill, Ore.; and his father, Cecil W. Sprague of Gold Hill. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Ramon Chapel, Forest Lawn Cathedral City. Burial will be at San Jacinto Cemetery in Hemet under the direction of Forest Lawn.
