Carlise (Cathcart) Billing, lost her fight her fight with brain tumors January 26, 2013, a very honest, funny, and out going friend that will be missed by Class of '89. Class of '89 will not forget her smile or her personality that kept us on our toes at all times.
She is surivived by her husband and 3 kids, may our prayers and blessing go out to her family.

I graduated in 89 but I attended Warren County High. I was a cheerleader then and I met Carlise during one of our sporting events. Carlise was funny, smart, and her personality lit up a room whenever she entered. We lost touch after leaving for college but she was definitely a special, special person.

Carlise was an amazing person I met her at EJ back in 1983 7th grade and we became friends from there, she always spoke with a smile, and she was one of the most friendliest person I've ever met, we had some good times at EJ & Vance Sr High together, I love and miss her very much.
