Jennifer Vaughan (Erwin)

I am just learning of Tracy's passing now, two years later.  I am so sad to hear this and find out so late.  She was a dear friend when we were in elementary school through junior high and even though time and life changes pulled us apart she always had a special place in my heart.  I have searched online and cannot find what happened to her.  Does anyone know?
