Jason Bullard LUBBOCK- Jason Bullard passed from this life on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at his home, surrounded by family. Diagnosed with end stage colon cancer in 2010, Jason continued his drive and optimism regardless of the challenges he faced. As CEO of Interim Healthcare, he led with passion and dedication. We will gather for fellowship and remembrance from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. A service to celebrate his life of 43 years is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12th at Indiana Avenue Baptist Church, 9507 Indiana Avenue, Lubbock, Texas, and reception to follow. An additional service will be held Thursday June 13th at 3:30 p.m. at Greenwood Funeral Home, 3100 White Settlement Road, Fort Worth, Texas, with graveside service immediately after. Jason was born on Jan. 25, 1970 in Fort Worth, Texas to Jim and Judy Bullard. He graduated from Hereford High School in 1988 and received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University in 1993. He had over 20 years of business and healthcare experience. During his career he has held the positions of: Analyst, Inwood National Bank, Dallas, Texas; Director of Homecare Management and Development, Hospital Homecare Corporation, Dallas, Texas; and Director of Business Development, Medical Innovations Facilities Management Division, Dallas, Texas. On leaving Medical Innovations Jason founded Arapaho Healthcare Resources, Inc. a healthcare management services company dedicated to finding innovative solutions for home healthcare management. Jason co-founded Falcon Healthcare, Inc. and Interim Healthcare of West Texas, LLC in 2001 and served as the Secretary of the Board of Directors. In 2004 he assumed the position of CEO of Interim Homecare and Hospice. Survivors include his wife of nine years, Shannon; parents, Jim and Judy Bullard; sister, Jennifer Bullard; nephew, Jackson Bullard; nephew, Alex Dunnam; niece, Keeley Dunnam; uncle, Jim Cantrell; and aunt, Mary Ann Howard and husband, Charles. Jason is also survived by his father and mother in-law, Jim and Sherry Atwell; grandfather-in-law, Kenneth Carson; and numerous cousins. Jason was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jim and Frances Cantrell and paternal grandparents, Farrest and Ada Bullard.
