So many memories of Dean. All good, all make me smile. We were so blessed to have had the good fortune of Dean joining out class during our freshman year. You will always hold a special place in my heart.
Dean, you gave me some advice one day in school and it's been right on. I think of that advice often even though it's been almost 30 years since we graduated. Miss you.
I'll always remember Dean in many of my classes--physics, trig...and walking next to him on graduation day. He had the cutest grin and I admit I had kind of a crush on the guy... I was so sorry to hear of his helicopter crash/death--so young, with a wife and baby on the way. Life and its twists and turns does not make sense and it's not fair, but those of us left should remember to make the most of it and appreciate each day we are given.
