Paul Culbreath HICKORY Mr. Paul Chadwick "Chad" Culbreath, 44, of 7th Street SE, Hickory, died Thursday, June 5, 2014 at Catawba Regional Hospice. Mr. Culbreath was born Nov. 4, 1969 in Catawba County, to Floyd N. Culbreath and the late Beatrice J. In addition to his father, survivors include his brother, Floyd N. Culbreath III of Hickory; sister, Felicia (Roderick) Culbreath-Setzer of Newton; and a number of other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 10, at 3 p.m at Mount Pisgah AME Church with the Rev. Kim E. Moss. Burial will be in Southside Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. prior to service at the church. Dirk M. Thompson Mortuary is serving the family of Paul Chadwick Culbreath.
