This website has a lot of bells and whistles but haven't have a lot time to check them all out yet.  One thing that was just added is the 'User Forums' link at the top of the page recently.  So anyone can use it and we'll see how it goes.  There is another link I can add called 'Message Forums'.  But the site recommended we start with this option first.
